Hello, I'm a 13 year old girl. I know there's something up with me mentally but I can't put my finger on it.. Okay well for starters I am VERY irritable and VERY angry most of the time, easily distracted, crave attention (but not the bad kind) so I walk around on chairs in class and shout at teachers etc ( not always). I also used to self harm. I have always cried at the drop of a hat since I was about 7. I dislike how I look even though I am skinny and not particularly ugly. When I'm irritated, I get very angry and throw/hit stuff, scream and blurt out things I don't even mean to say. Then after I'm angry I start to cry. Also I'm always tired, even though I go to bed early. Sorry it's long, I just want to know what might be up, thanks.

You could be depressed - or it could be one of very many other things. Have you seen a Physician? What do your parents say?
