Betfred closed my account owing me a total of 300 pound which I can't access because I deposited money from my mums visa not my own they took money knowingly willingly from ths account they later down the line said it was against company policy

I have emails from them slandering me calling me a fraud and anemail acknowledging they owe me the money

I have (did) an account with betfred deposited funds to my gaming account frequently using various visa cards authorised obviously and then suddenly it's the crime of century and its not company policy to make payments using any other card other than the one that's registered to me personally now this is 6 weeks down the line knowlingly already deposited funds from these payment methods very recently , now they owe me money and are refusing to pay me and sending me slanderous emails

Were ALL of those cards registered in YOUR name? The same name as your registerd belfred account name?If not you violated their terms of service...

Under credit cards... according to your post above you used your Mums Visa at least once.

And that constitutes fraud. THey don't know you, they don't know your Mum... and they don't have to go asking everyone that had a card you used if you had their permission... Its a violation of the terms of service you agreed to when you joined... if you didn't read them it was your fault. They posted them, you clicked that you read and agreed with them.
