My partner and I have been trying for a baby and no luck I had the mirena removed in February and she said I can try after one cycle of my period! Still no luck I have a period app and says when I get my period and I'm suppose to get my period today? However my fertile days were 14th through 20th and ovulated on the 19th, taking prenatal supplements so when I do conceive the baby will have the nutrients for development I tested last Friday negative results and scared to test again also I have had no implantation bleeding but I no a lot of people don't bleed? I plan to test tomorrow morning with first response but if it's negative do you recommend anything to help with concieving Thanks do much If you respond back Its much appreciated

You are doing the right thing by taking the prenatal vitamins/supplements. However, you have to realize that it takes even the healthiest of couples up to, or more than, a year of trying before actually conceiving. You have only been trying for about 3 months. It can take several months for the hormones of the mirena to leave your system completely so as to be able to conceive. That's really not that long in the scheme of things.

Typically it's the girls who aren't trying that become pregnant in only a few short months after beginning to have intercourse.

The app you have is only an estimate of when you are fertile, it is not a guarantee. For now, enjoy the practice of trying to conceive and don't stress over it as stress can cause conception to be delayed.
