Ok guys I need help I don't know what to do. I love this girl but seems like it's all been a lie. I just found out 100% she's cheated on me in the beginning of our relationship, and lied about it for 6 months, and found out it was my friend.

I was in the same situation as you. Even if you guys went back together itd never be the same as you'd always have trust issues. Let her go.

You let them both go, or drown in your own misery. That's what you do, now man up, move on!!

At the beginning of the relationship is a hard one, of course she lied to you for 6 months, why would she tell you the truth? Would you have done so?

But it is up to you, if you really like this girl and want this to work, you can forgive her and NEVER bring this up again, if you don't think you can, then it is time to break up and move on. As far as your friends go... how can you consider that person a friend, unless he didn't know it was on purpose, and it shows that he has no respect you, and neither does she to be completely honest. I wouldn't want her in my life, or that friend that sleeped with her.
