We were married and divorced in Nevada with 2 children. I moved to California back in 2005. I now want to move the jurisdiction fr. Nevada to California. What do I do?

Where does the Ex live at this time?

Nevada his home state

Nevada holds it for now.

Nevada is his home state. And fr 2005 to present he has not paid child support nor was following visitation orders

You want to file a new case in California? What would you be asking for?

I do want to move the jurisdiction to my hometown and if possible change in visitation order since he hasn't been involve in the past 7 years
