    Internet Explorer won't open
    Can someone please help me? A few weeks ago my computer somehow crashed and all my stuff was erased, I got most of it back using a program my step dad gave me, but I can't open my internet explorer. When I click on the icon to open it it doesn't open or even send a pop-up. I have a Window 7 PC and I use Internet Explorer 9 if that helps.

    I found like 15 viruses and 4 malware on my computer when I checked with AVG Anti-Virus, I got rid of the viruses but I still can't get online.
