Why would they need 3 urine tests?
Hi I'm very worried I took a urine sample when I went for smear test, the doctors rang asked for a retest on urine sample . I did one and today they called again saying they need another one please. Why would they need 3 urine tests? What could they have found?

These are questions for your own doctor.
We have NO idea without any knowledge of your history or the test itself.

I have asked they said nothing important. Is it possible to detect a early pregnancy as my period should start next week?

There may have been an error with the way the test was conducted or any number of other reasons.
If your doctor has said there's nothing important, then really there's nothing the stress about.

Could involve the lab. There are many reasons that a sample could be untestable. Accompanying paperwork, identification, or broken seal. It can also be a result of insufficient quantity, equipment malfunction or a combination of the foregoing.

The best bet is that the specimen wasn't properly obtained/packaged or that the form accompanying the specimen wasn't properly filled out. It could also be that the sample didn't arrive at the lab within the time required or at required temperature (shipment failures).
