My name is K G Karuppasamy. But I have been known as KGK swamy. I have given my name as K G K Swamy while my daughter admision in school. Now she has completed 12th and presently in college first year. I have tried to correct during 10 th board of my daughter. I could not able to do. All my certificates are as K G Karuppasamy and my passport also in the name of K G Karuppasamy . Now I want to correct my name as K G Karuppasamy in daughter certificates. What is the procedure. Because I would like to apply for passport for my daughter. Do the needful
