Hi I am 8 days late on my period I usually get it on time I took two pregnancy tes and both came out negetive today was the first time I was nauseas all night could I be pregnant I don't know what to do

I want to know what kind of contraseptive pills its OK for me... because I have slite ashma and I have history cys in may breast
