I'm on pre trial diversion probation.. I was told to pay 600 dollars a month to my PO.. I already did my community service and took a class.. I also paid the money I owed. What I did was food stamp fraud. I'm trying to get a job working with kids again but because I have this over my head, I'm not able to. This situation is making it hard for me to find work. My probation started in April.. Is it possible I can pay off my fee and get off probation early?

It's doubtful, but write the judge and ask. Send him/her a certified letter and send a copy to the prosecutor.

Normally for pre trial diversion no, not early since not getting into trouble is part of it.

Next you said April, what year, April 2011 or 2010 ? Have you been on it for a year, or two years, if you mean it was just last month, not a chance in the world at this point and time
