My two month old girls have been sick for 11 days. The olny thing my doctor told me to do was use Saline nose spray and not to let them lay flat too much. Hearing them try to cough is the saddest little thing in the world. Of course I have 7 kids so you think I have delt with this before, I have but not for 11 days! I am really worried for them!

Have you tried using a different medication, in my past experience, nasal spray did not help much at all. What did the doctor say what the problem was?

My doctor said that since they were olny 2 month old twins it was normal. I am just worried because I have not had twins before, or kids that were sick for 11 days!

In that case it is normal, my nephew had the same problem when he was 3 months old.

It's very common for this to happen to twins as well as singletons. Make sure that you have the head of their bed slightly elevated, do not lay them down with a bottle if you are bottle feeding, try to keep the house humidified, and continue to use the saline nasal spray.
