Okay, so I just found this weird bump on the outer part of my vagina, I have never had anythng like it before, and there is only one. My boyfriend and I are sexually active, but we are both are first times. What is this bump? Should I be concerned? How do I get rid of it?

You should go see a gynecologist. Better safe than sorry. If you are young and embarrassed, I don't know where you live, but there might be clinics in your area that provide medical attention without you actually having to be taken there by a parent. You should see if there is something like this in you area, if not, still find a way to get this checked out. It could be serious, and even thought it might not be, there is still a chance it is serious, and that should be all the motivation you need to go see someone about it.
