My girl friend of 5 years just broke up with me. I have cried and cried, I have talked about it a lot. I try and go out and do thing's I enjoy but nothing seem's to help me. I feel crazy, I can't stop thinking about it.
I know I am not supposed to talk to her right now, and I have been told that it will get better in time. I am just wondering if there is anything I can do to feel normal or stop thinking about it right now?
