I'm 26 I have guardianship of my little sister and I've had guardianship since she was two days old. I'm receiving government help (food stamps and cash medical) for her. I want too know how I go about getting full costudy of her "the mother" isn't in good mental health to even take care of a child, she's an ex con and drug user who started using again and doesn't even have a stable home. How would I go about keeping my sibling and are odds with me or against me because "the mother" has never been there for her at all.
