My ex girlfriend had been with me when we found out I was pregnant and had been with me until my daughter turned one. I moved so I could go to school but my ex girlfriend is still like my daughters other parent. We still get along great and had talked about her adopting my daughter. I will soon be returning back to where my ex lives so she can be the parent she had been before. My daughters father has no legal rights to her, so would it be possible for my ex to adopt my daughter?

Not likely. Courts allow adoptions for couples who live together to raise a child.

Yeah I agree with the person that comment before I did. You can't do that unless your married and has have lived together for awhile
