Maybe someone else was singing the same song . Karen Carpenter was brunette and pretty ,but I don't recall anyone describing her as 'sexy' .

I guess Kristin Chenoweth can be considered 'sexy' - on her Christmas album 'A Lovely Way to Spend Christmas', number 6 on the album is her cover of the song 'Sing'...
