My boyfriend was away in the military when his son was born he was never in his sons life and his baby mother got married to a guy who has been in this child's life for years now and now the child has his last name. Does my boyfriend still have to pay child support evn though he's not on the birth certificate but they also did a paternity test and my boyfriend is the kids father.
