A really like this guy and I'm pretty sure he likes me too because he is always staring at me in a good way.. but I'm afraid to make the first move

If you're afraid to make the first move then you have two options. You can wait for him to make the first move, or forget about him.

Have you ever considered going up to him and say "hi, i like you"? It does not get any simpler than that.

If you don't make a move, and he doesn't, then nothing happens.

Try giving him hints that you want him to make a move by smiling at him or something
