How do I get my step-dad to treat me fairly?
Well I am a step-daughter to my dad. There are two step children in the family and we are both treated unfairly. Sometimes when I don't listen my stepdad will take away my electronics. But then I started doing nothing snd he still would take them away. Where as when my stepsister does something wrong or doesn't listen she doesn't get anything taken away or anything. He will drag me to my room and force me to do chores. But my stepsister gets to sit on the couch all day watching TV when I'm getting punished. I try to tell him its unfair but he says he doesn't want to hear it because he does treat us fair, but he doesn't. What do I do??

Suck it up, do your chores, do well in school, graduate, get a job and move out. Then you can do what you want.

Until then, you have a roof over your head, food in your stomach, and everything you need to survive. Electronics (I'm assuming your cell phone or computer) are not necessities, and no parent is expected to provide them for their child. He doesn't abuse you, he provides for you. You have more than most children do, so be grateful.

    Good luck.

Thus is life, it is not always fair, when you get a job as a adult some worker will be treated better at work, and other things. Nothing you can do at this point, have you discussed this with the other parent
