How can I lose 30lbs in 2 months. Is that possible and what do I need to do?
It's not possible.
Most people, when they start to eat healthy and exercise, lose around 2 pounds a week, unless they go overboard.
Those that go overboard are not losing weight in a healthy way, and that weight is most likely to come right back on when they're done "dieting".
There's no way to lost 30 pounds in 2 months healthfully, and we cannot give advice that will put you at risk.
You can lose weight by eating healthy, exercising, but you should talk to your doctor before starting any diet or exercise regimen.
