I haven't had my period in over a month now going on 2 months. I started having cramps as bad as if I were on my period. O Lu difference is that there is no blood at all. The cramps keep getting worse and worse.
I took two pregnancy test and result were negative twice. What does this mean?

It could be that you are having an off cycle and your period will be late or missed altogether. It could be that you are indeed pregnant but it hasn't been picked up on a test.

If you do miss two periods in a row, see your doctor. They will do a pregnancy test in office and likely blood work as well. If you aren't pregnant, they will be looking for another possible reason for the lack of periods.

Also when I stand up very quickly from a laying down position to a perfect vertical position I feel a very tight pinch that brings me to my knees in the ovarys area and this just began a week ago. Give or take.
