If you haven't had sex since your divorce, and have had three regular periods since that time, it would be very unusual for you to be pregnant. Periods can be off a few days here and there. Wait another week and see what happens. You may even skip a month. Since it would bring you some peace of mind, try a pregnancy test.

If you have had three periods each month, no you really should not be pregnant, It is not uncommon to be late or miss a month now and then, perhaps the stress of meeting your EX has been a issue.
