    Hi

    I would like to travel to the US virgin island and I am an italian living in the US and for this reason I have a MA liquor id which I can use to travel around and get on a plane to all the US state. Do you think I need the passport to trvale to the US virgin island or not?

    You need a valid passprot to get into Canda, same for the island. How id you enter the USA?

    I thought that the US virgin island are like another US state so I could just use the normal MA ID.

    There are 50 states, the Virgin Islands is not one of them. USA citizens do not need a passport but you do. It is just like re-entering the USA. Entry Requirements & Customs in Virgin Islands at Frommer's Note , it is more difficult to enter the British VI, even their citizens need a passport
