    Check your Num Lock.
    Also a hard reboot with possible system restore will resolve any software issue, but this looks like it might be hardware related.
    Make sure you don't have any crumbs in your keyboard.

    You already tried num lock.
    If you have a keyboard with easy to remove keys, I would remove them all to a diagram on a piece of paper, vacuum, and put them all back. If you have a notebook, take it to a repair place because taking the keys off is easy but putting them back isn't.

    If Curleyben's answer doesn't do it, I would suggest replacing the Keyboard.

    Post the laptop manufacturer and model number. It's on the bottom of the laptop in a sticker.

    (Examples;
    For HP it's the white Service Tag on the bottom. P/N = Product Number. The number needed.
    Toshiba places a sticker on the bottom, also )
