I cut myself about a little over a month ago... shortly after that I went to the doctor because I was experiencing painful bumps the gynecologist told me that it was ingrown hairs... so they prescribed me antibiotics... now it's a month and two weeks later and in the area I cut myself in I woke up this morning to some clear filled bumps in that spot.. is it herpes?
