Had no auto insurance. Went to park at work and brakes gave out. Smashed into building. What can happen to me? Jail? Fines?

Did someone call the police ? Did you get a ticket ?

As long as you pay ( get out the check book) and pay for all the damages to the building, most likely nothing will happen. If you got a ticket, you pay them and most likely get your drivers license suspended for a while.
