I had a baby 6 weeks and 4 days ago my period came 3 days ago and has been coming off and on everyday since. And last night while I was sleep I had multiple orgasms and I am still having them for no reason now I'm hurting. What is going on?

Maybe you are having uterine contractions that aren't orgasms. Call your doctor.
