Shut the water off And open up the valve. Remove the cartridge and check and clear any trash in the inlet ports. Now turn the water back on for a moment to flush out the supplies. Reassemble and test. Better now? Good luck. Tom

Thank you for your reply. I am a true amateur. Is the valve the handle? Is that easy to take off? I assume I will need correct wrench... working on that now.

If you need a step by step I'll need the model number, The valve isn't the handle the valve's the facet itself. Have you anyone that could help you? Back to you, Tom

I went to Home Depot and they showed me on the floor model. There is a cap in the back to pop and I will use an Allen wrench. I still have to do. I appreciate your help . I'm trying to fix myself. A plumber is $65 to walk in the door.

I could do a lot better if I had a drawing or model number so we could take your faucet apart and flush out the pipes. Is there a male friend or neighbor just in case things get wet or dirty? Regards, Tom
