    1099MISC for LLC vendor
    When you pay a vendor for rental monthly for commercial property and they are LLC, is it required to send them a 1099MISC?

    Yes!

    A LLC is NOT a corporation, so the rule to originate a Form 1099-MISC for any annual amount paid over $600 applies,
