I got my period 7 days after sex, could I be pregnant ?

Could is an interesting word, could you? Almost no, but could? Yes there is a very very very small chance, some women get their period on the first month of pregnancy if the sex is very close to the period date and conception happened. It is rare but it is possible. Other times the period comes but is very light and shorter.

So while there is little chance, there is a very slight chance.

I started on a Monday and ended that Friday then I went to the clinic and took a urine test the next Monday, would it be accurate?

If you had a normal period after the sex, then it would be very unlikely that you would be pregnant. While some women will have some bleeding in early pregnancy, they technically won't have a period. This bleeding can sometimes be mistaken for a period, but is it usually lighter in flow, or shorter in duration than their normal period.

Since the test was taken a couple of weeks after the sex, it would likely be accurate. If the result is negative, and if for some reason you are still concerned about being pregnant, you could see your doctor for a blood test or you could wait and see what happens when your next period is due.

It was only my first and second time having sex I've been so paranoid
We used protection, and I starte my period a week later, then the next week the clinic test was negative. I'm just going to wait to see if my next period comes normal
