My boyfriend is in California serving time for a DUI and Arizona has a hold on him preventing him from being released early out of California what I'm wondering is in Arizona who would I talk to about having the hold taken off or finding out information on it. When I call the jail in California where he is at they have no idea what the hold is or who I can talk to about it. I already know why he has a hold I just need to know who to talk to about it.

Ariz will have a warrant ( that is what a hold is) so your boyfriend will know what warrant there is for him. But there is really nothing he can do except go back and face the charges there.
