Me and my ex broke up a while ago we have a few classes together and in the classes he takes my phone and goes through it and if I'm dating someone he will start stalking him or telling me something that isn't true about him. He tries to tell me what to do and what not to do. He will still be dating other girls and still try to control me and he would kiss me even if he's with them I don't know why he does this but it confuses me does he want to be with me or not?

How does he get hold of your phone? Don't let him near it! What you do is none of his business.

Keep your phone in your purse in the classes that you have with him. Have you told him that you are no longer interested in him and to stop bothering you? Or do you actually enjoy the attention that he still shows you? Why are you letting him kiss you?

With how you have seen him acting, would you even take him back if he wanted to be back with you? Is this how you want to be treated?. because you would likely get even more of it if you did get back together with him.

I don't carry a purse and I liked it at first but when I started dating other guys I didn't want his attention but he's still one my friends and I really wouldn't expect him to kiss me cause he would hug me in like a friend way then just kiss me

So keep the phone in your pocket or backpack if you carry one. Tell him that you like him as a friend but are no longer interested in him as anything more. If he doesn't respect that, then you may have to start putting some distance between you. Was this one kiss or did it happen a few times? Don't hug him anymore if you can't trust him to not kiss you.

It really is quite simple... you have to speak up and let him know what you don't want. Be careful not to let him think you enjoy the attention as that only sends him mixed signals and he will continue.

The kiss only happen once and I'm trying to keep a distance from him but I don't want our friend ship to be ruined

When he talks to someone you are dating, is he telling them something that isn't true about you? If so, is it something embarrassing or hurtful, or is he just joking around with something funny or silly? If joking around, maybe see it as just that. If something hurtful, I'd wonder just how good of a friend is he really.

Keep your phone to yourself... stop hugging him if he tries to kiss you again... speak up and tell him to stop speaking to your boyfriends if he is being unkind. If he doesn't respect you, he is not worth keeping as a friend.

It sounds to me like he wants to control you and that is not good. You need to get a grip and tell him to stop. You are either done with the guy as a boyfriend or you're not. By being so passive you are telling him his behavior is OK.
