My boyfriend owes back child support and is and has been paying monthly payments. We just found out that they froze his checking and savings account. Is there anything at all that can be done for them not to take all his money?

Not really, if he had money in savings and the such, he should have been putting it toward the child support, esp if this was back support due.

Was the agreement where he was paying on back support court ordered, was it an agreement to catch up the support and how far behind was he, and how much money was in the bank accounts
