Was trying to get pregnant, I had spotting 2 days before my Feb period which was heavy but shorter than normal. My last period was in March, I got positive test result in April, but I'm concerned of what happened?

Your period in February may have just been an off cycle. When you have a scan done, you will get a better idea of just how far along you are in the pregnancy. Congrats!
