My well pump will not pump more than 20 psi with the spicket closed my pump has been sitting for a couple of years it pumps water but it will not pump up enough to turn itself off I can hook a water hose from the house up to it and pressurize the system and it will hold the pressure but when I turn it back on the pressure goes back down to 10psi in a few seconds I have a 2 pipe system with a small tank that goes directly in line with the spicket I do not use this well but for anything except to water my yard and it won't even run a hose with a sprinkler on it
