Myself and my partner have a joint bank account which both our wages are paid into how ever we also have single accounts with the same bank. The problem is my partner has transferred ALL of the money into her her account and is refusing to give me mine back! I have just had my months salary (approx 4000 pounds) is there anything I can do?

Find a new business partner, I will assume you are ending business arrangements with them.

1. why is the money being put into a joint account, instead of your individual account.
2. do you or does the business owe them the money.

You demand the money back, and then sue them for the money.
Since it is their account also, it is not criminal
