Hi, I'm 15 years of age and 2 months off turning 16.

Around when I was roughly into my early stages of 14, I noticed this weird lump under neath the head of my penis. (I'm not a virgin but I noticed this before I had sex so it isn't an STD) I didn't think it was anything serious, I thought it was just apart of puberty, maybe it is. Anyway, it never itches, feels uncomfortable, gets sore or anything related to those symptoms. I can't really describe it's shape, it's shape is quite awkward. When I erect it becomes a whole lot more visible and it feels just like another bulging vein. I'm extremely concerned about this so could someone please help me out asap.
