Roofing insulation creates moisture by the beam inside
We are in Hawaii. The new building code requires insulation (roof) so we did it.
Unfortunately, after a while, especially the temperature changes from cold in the morning to hot in the afternoon, the ceiling starts to sweat around the beam, all choking moisture out, water (clear) drops all over our floor. Now the painting on the ceiling is like a wet stain ceiling. We have ventilation, I don't know what causes this.
The strange fact is Hawaii's local roofers can not figure out what is wrong. Anybody have an idea? I took some pictures also. Thanks!
