We live in an age if you can imagine it, someone out there is doing it. I would like to find a service company who I can pay a monthly fee, who can answer any question I have regarding computers, printers and networking in the form of a help desk support service.

Geek Squad is way too expensive but very similar to what I am looking for. I don't need anyone to come to me on site. I need one stop shopping, a service who can advise either through chat or over the phone, on all brands, models and versions of hw/sw due to their command of internet search abilities. I'm certain there are services currently out there! :)
