Can a male with genital herpes type 2 pass it to a female by preforming oral sex on her?

I do believe Type 2 HSV is most often contracted through vaginal/anal sex. It can be passed from an infected person's genitals to the other person's mouth.

I don't find it can be passed from the mouth to the genitals UNLESS there is a break in the skin on the genitals.
