Can insurance deny your claim if you have a suspended license
My car insurance company wrote me full coverage on my vehicle knowing that I had a suspended licence and I was involved in an accident. Are they liable for the claim since they took my insurance premium and wrote me full coverage on my vehicle instead of denying coverage from the get go.

Is it on the insurance application that your license was not valid.

And who was driving, since your license was not valid, you can insure your car, you just can not drive it, and have to have someone else drive it for you.

Look at your policy Terms and Conditions carefully - to see if there is a clause that says that they will not honor a claim if you are driving while under suspension.

Many have the clause that they will not pay for your damages if involved in a illegal act.
