I have nothing but problems with my Kenmore washer, multiple pumps have gone out, leaking, replaced drum replaced, etc... I am so frustrated with the piece of junk it's sickening. I am the original owner and have now had it for approx. 5 years. What can I do to force Sears to replace it or give me credit towards a new one?:confused: :mad:

I have the very same story!! Three or four pumps and now
It is depositing black grease spots on our clothing - intermittently. A U-joint.
We were not allowed to get an extended warranty - the service guy told us that we should buy a new washer. It is only 5 years old and was top of the line!! $$$$$
There must be some legal recourse for us - just starting to look.
