Would I give up perental rights in Texas if I live in Ohio, devorce was there?
Mine is a complicated one. My ex wif and I married in Alaska when we were in the air force. Not to long after that we had a son. The marrige went south and I left atfer my four years. I could not find her or my son for 3 years when she contacted me. She had moved to Texas got the devorce and called me to tell me it was done. There was no leagal separation and some how she had back child support included in the devorce. She vanished again and I could not find her. I needed to find her to remodefi my support/ she has it at $600 a month. 350 for regular support the other for back and medical. I can't get any help with this. No one want to tuch it because she live in Colorado and I in Ohio. I can't afford an atterney. My wife now has been helping me every way possible to fix this but to no avale. I think it ould be easer to give up my rights.so at least I can just get on with our lives. I have no contct with my son with her unless she useses him to get money. What do I do?Can I give up my right under this situation? HELP!
