Ok today I had sex and after having sex I started spotting but I suspect I'm pregnant and by the afternoon the spotting stopped but I still have crampin a back pain.. is it miscarriage? And my expected period is in 7 days

With just having had sex, you wouldn't know whether you are pregnant just yet. You may become pregnant from the sex, or you may not. You will need to wait and see if you get your next period or not. If it doesn't show, then try a pregnancy test.

The spotting is likely from the sex itself, which can happen. The cramping may also be from the sex or because your body is getting ready for another period. See what happens after a week or so.
