Is it possible to get into a four year university if you were charger with rape? I was falsely accused but I am 17 and she is 16.

Even felons in prsion can get a 4 year degree, no law to prevent it. Your future career may be altered by the conviction but not your college. Some private colleges may have their own regs on this.

I have no answer for that. You should study for a career in which you have a skill and interest.
