    Gestational diabetes miscarriage
I just found out that I have gestaional Diabetes and I am only 7 weeks and 3 days along so far. If I do what I need to for a healthy baby, In percentage how good are my chances for not having a miscarriage.

Congrats on your pregnancy! When well managed, most women do not have any problems when they have gestational diabetes (I had it with my last two children). Since it has shown early in your pregnancy, does your doctor have you on insulin? How often are you set to monitor your blood sugar? Have they scheduled you to see a dietician? That would be a very good idea if they haven't. You might want to ask about it.

If you are on meds, follow your doctor's directions. Watch your diet... intake and timing of meals are both important factors in good management for keeping your blood sugar level balanced throughout the day. A diet designed for gestational diabetes is actually a very healthy diet to anyone to follow.
