    Child support increase in Louisiana
My daughter is 8 years old and she only receives $65 every 2 weeks through the state of Mississippi. This court order was drawn up in 2005. I have talked to adams county DHS several times and nothing gets done. Our papers also say the father must provide medical insurance which he has never done

Go back to court if he is not fulfilling the decree.

If you want to increase child support you have to file a motion in court to modify the existing court order. You will request copies of the non custody parents earnings to have it set according to those earnings.

If they are to supply medical insurance take them back to court for not following the court order.
