A fews days after I had sexual intercourse, my breast started feeling tender and I have to pee more often. Also, I'm bleeding everyday but its not time for my period. Its not spotting because its coming out only when I pee. I need help on what to do.

If the blood is coming only when you urinate it's possible that you have a urinary tract infection. You will need to see a doctor for this to be properly diagnosed and treated.

As far as pregnancy, you are now playing the waiting game and have to wait to see if your next period comes. If it doesn't, you will have to take a HPT using first morning urine.

ANY time you have penile insertion you risk pregnancy. No form of birth control is 100%. You can reduce the risks, but not eliminate them.

If pregnancy scares you then don't engage in risky behavior. No one should engage in sexual intercourse unless they are prepared to have a child.

There can be other reasons for your symptoms and only an exam from your doctor can tell for sure.
