March 25th was the first day of my last period. On April 2nd my husband and I had unprotected sex, the next two days following I had some cramping. As the days went on, the headaches came and are still present, and I also get waves of nausuosness throughout the day. About a week and half ago I had started spotting, brown discharge some cramping and when I would wipe a few times was very light faint pink, took hpt and was negative. On the 18th of April I started what I thought was my period which would have been a week early which is weird for me, but it lasted just for the day, wasn't light but wasn't heavy, the next day the bleeding was done and I had a doctors appt, they did bloodwork, came back negative. My period was due to start either today or tomorrow and still nothing and no indication of a period. Took two hpt today and yesterday all negative. Could I be pregnant and It be too early to detect still or am I looking to far into it? Please help I feel like I am losing my mind

It still may be to early to detect pregnancy. I recommend that you wait until your next period is due prior to testing again. When you do test, remember to test using first morning urine and follow the directions on the box as to the timing of reading the test closely.

Until that time, treat yourself as if you are pregnant. Get plenty of rest, eat healthy, and avoid alcohol and/or tobacco.

It is possible that you might be pregnant, what you describe seems like implantation is occurring some women mistake it for there period. Take a test

Still no period or indication of one. Had a test that had very faint faint line but it was after 10 min so I don't think it counts. But headaches and nausea are still persistent. Been feeling very exhausted, light headed/dizzy, and motivation. My husband thinks I'm crazy because one minute I'm happy and then I'm crying or agitated at him. My back has started bothering me more lately. I just want to know already!

Its weird because my back hurts always because of the kind of work I do. However its been pretty bad lately. My boobs however aren't all that sore, they are a little tender but not enough to agrivate me, this is tmi but when my nipples get hard when I'm cold my nipples hurt so bad.
