    Financial Statements in Good Form
I don't understand what a "statement of retained earnings in good form" is, or any other financial statement for that matter. Is it just that the company title, title of financial statement and date are posted at the top of the page?

Frankly, despite many years experience I have never heard the term "in good form" before. I assume it is some local terminology probably meaning complete or detailed, or perhaps it is some victorian anachranism. There are normal layouts for financial statements which includes the name of the entity, the title of the statement, the period it refers to, the currency and comparison with a previous period, etc, used when drafting financial statements
